terms · Effective 10 October 2026
Simple, clear terms.
Using the Bukipaa website and joining the launch waitlist.
About this website
Bukipaa is a product of Simph Tech Limited. This website introduces our planned WhatsApp business-tracking service and lets you join its launch waitlist. The product is not yet open for general use. Conversation examples illustrate the intended experience; they are not your financial records.
Your place on the waitlist
Joining is free and optional. Provide an email address you are authorised to use; a business name is optional. Joining lets us email you about launch, but does not guarantee an access date, priority position or availability of a particular feature. It does not create a paid subscription. You may ask to leave at any time by emailing contact@bukipaa.com.
When Bukipaa launches
We plan to offer the initial service free and may introduce paid packages later. We will explain available features, pricing and product terms before you choose to use or pay for the service. Product previews, dashboards and future reports describe plans, not promises that every feature will be available at launch.
Using the website
Do not submit unauthorised personal information, send spam, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access. We may limit submissions to protect the service. Website content is for general information and is not professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
Availability and your rights
We may update the website and planned features. We cannot promise uninterrupted website access or error-free content. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Privacy page explains our handling of website and waitlist information.
Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to contact@bukipaa.com. Effective 10 October 2026. We will explain material changes when needed.
